"Zero stars. I had an appointment for 1:30pm today. The white lady kept asking me for my name & she kept saying she didn’t see my appointment tour for today. So I told her I have several emails from y’all about my tour for today & I even told her I spoke with a gentleman on Sunday. When she finally found my name she said my tour was canceled. This place is not for people of color. Don’t waste your time with these people."

"I give Rock, the Senior Tech, 5 stars for his amiability, skill, and speed for completing work requests. He fixed my dish washer and washing machine within a day of filling out the request! I however would rate the apartment complex as a whole 3/5 stars. Trash builds up around the trash compactor, my roommate's car was stolen on site, and they shut off the water for the entire complex for maintenance practically every other week. Yes, management is addressing the issues - the dumpster area has been clean for the past week or two, they caught the car thieves, and Rock and his team is installing water valves in each building so they don't have to shut off the water for the entire complex when fixing one leak. I do think this will be a 4 or 4.5 star apartment complex in the near future."

"So, I am not a tenant and honestly it’s probably for the best . I inquired about a 3 bedroom back in November . On the website it stated I will tour a 3 bedroom apartment but when I arrived to the property I was only allowed to tour a 2 bedroom apartment since a 3 bedroom wasn’t available at the time . Which I am an understanding person so I just went with the flow . The young lady also told me after the new year to call back and they will have 3 bedroom apartment to show. I also inquired about what should my credit score be to get accepted . She stated a third party will have to go over my information and determine if I am qualified. So , my question was I’m just supposed to give my application fee , my credit fee and don’t know what’s excepted and what not? fast forward I called back in January and another young lady answer the phone and stated “I want to be transparent with you . You will never see a 3 bedroom apartment until the week you move in . “ that caught me off guard because that’s not what I was told . And honestly it’s unfair I would not see my place until I sign my lease , give up my hard money and THEN see my apartment ? GEESH !! YEP I’LL PASS!"

"We just moved into Sardis place about a month ago. We love it here so far! The apartment is beautiful and was newly renovated. We needed maintenance on our dishwasher and it was so easy to put in a service request. Rock responded very quickly and walked us through the whole process since we needed a new one. He is very friendly and professional. When he is working in the apartment he leaves everything the way he found it always working very neatly. We know that if anything needs service or repair we are in good hands with him."

"We enjoy living at Sardis place! Office are helpful, they fix things fast once we put in an order. Special thanks to Kia, she is super helpful and delightful since we’ve moved in last year, very responsive! Also, the new girl in the office (I’m not sure her name :( ) and Doreen, they are very friendly and helpful as well! Also the maintenance group did very good job to maintain our living environment great and clean! Would recommend people to live here! There’s a minor thing that would be better if done, the pool somehow is not super clean (some bugs and leafs in it but understandable because sometimes there was raining), it would be great if they can clean up the pool every day."
