"The staff's dedication to providing outstanding service is undoubtedly commendable. Their attentiveness towards both me and my child reflects a commitment to customer satisfaction and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it's the friendly demeanor, prompt assistance, or genuine concern for your well-being, these elements contribute to creating a positive and memorable experience for customers. Furthermore, the emphasis on cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any service-oriented establishment. A clean and well-maintained environment not only ensures the health and safety of customers but also contributes to an overall sense of comfort and well-being. It shows a high level of professionalism and attention to detail on the part of the service providers. Thanks Staff and Michelle"
"It would take too long to give a full account of my experience here. Long story short: I arrived on Sunday 11/5 for a 13-week stay. I left after 2 days. The staff was nice. The hotel is not bad, but cleanliness was my biggest issue. Floor not cleaned, tub and commode had hair in, on and around it. I couldn't change rooms although there was a clean one. On Monday, I left around 11am so room could be cleaned, but after 6pm, it still wasn't. The noise level was too much for me as well. When I checked out, the lady at the front desk said she knew that room was clean because she checked it herself and she didn't think there was a noise problem at all. She said this is a traveling hotel. I told her I have pics, but decided not to argue. I just said ok. Just because a hotel is not 3 stars and above, you should at least have a clean place to shower and lay your head. I will say that the manager made it right, and I appreciated that."
"First I would like to say my first week was nice the staff seemed really nice and very friendly. Second week you notice the issues dog poop was everywhere pee in the elevator you would step in dog poop because they didn't have any rules in plain site. We didn't have any dogs yet we stepped in a lot of poop from side walks and just walking through the front doors. They will tell you that maid service comes every three weeks trust and believe me when I say they aren't coming. This is my first time mind you. Don't expect to get back what you give the front desk to wash. The GM has a tendency of turning off the keys just to tell you days ahead you owe a certain amount three days before, one staff member nasty you will know when you come in. She is very disrespectful in front of the GM and the staff has there picks. My husband wanted to know why are keys weren't working just to go in the office and the rude lady told my husband you better pay your rent. The GM was standing there and didn't come to my husbands defense even though he wasn't due to pay for three days. I had 15 deaths in my family and times were tough so anything other than being professional is uncalled for. The rooms are nice due to the ability to cook. There is no couch or recliners in the rooms. It was tough falling asleep due to having dogs bark at all hours of the night and morning. There is no diversity here when it comes to hiring. Two of the staff live on site. If you call corporate they pick and choose what they record for your complaint only for it to be closed without it being resolved. They have great employees here. People are afraid to speak up about their experiences. Everything here isn't horrible. I just don't understand how for a month and a half we paid one rate only after I complained and there was miscommunication about reservations being cancelled by staff we were charged over 200 extra after corporate advised us that even though the RSVP was cancelled it could be reversed at the same rate. The GM charged us a different rate I was told because she didn't think we could afford it. I'm not sure if that is true. We were awakened at 3am by fire alarm and stood outside for over an hour give or take 15 minutes. The elevator doesn't have anything that says it's been inspected and was down for a few days. While staying here we enjoyed most of our time if you don't mind stepping in dog poop or pee in the hallway or elevator. It would be cleaned right away and signs went up after a lot of people started stepping in poop who didn't have a dog. My thing is you never know what people are going through that might have caused them to be here. The GM works hard and she's not horrible, I believe that if they had more people who took there job seriously like others who work here and hired and paid people to clean the rooms as they stated they come every three weeks. I would come back here if I had too. I just wish the keys worked and the GM would talk to the staff that would are out of pocket or have them train to be a bit more professional like the others. This was my first time staying in an extended stay and wasn't used to asking for stuff that normally would be in the rooms. Overall I just wish our original reservation was kept and honored saving us over 200 and by the way we never checked out physically. There was a misunderstanding that caused it, if I could have saved our children the embarrassment of going to school with dog poop on there shoes. I would have given it a five if the first two weeks poop wasn't everywhere and pee in and around elevator. Corporate didn't help because they didn't record all of this the person who answered was working from home because I woke them up. My first week was amazing though that's why we stayed as long. No Internet the entire time that was another inconvenience that cost me a lot being the fact I work from home. I just wish real accountability was taken not just fluff words. I honestly needed this time to relax and cope with the deaths. I just needed rest and relaxation."
"I don't know what is going on with management, because management is being extremely nitpicky. If this is suppose to be a home then let someone do what they want. Let them treat it like a home and not a passing place. It's already ridiculous housekeeping only comes once every 14 days we have to pay to wash the bed sheets. Maybe come once a week instead of twice a week. Staff seemed to be feeling bothered when asking for help in regards to anything. It is always an attitude. I don't recommend staying here more than a night. if you have to stay then maybe stay at a sister location where management isn't so uptight and nitpicky. Maybe their next step is to control vehicle spacing and how many times you can use the elevator."
