"1- power is always out especially on building 3125 you’ll be trapped outside since the building gates have keyfobs that doesn’t work when the power is out 2- guests outnumbered the residents, you can’t enjoy any amenities 3- loud music even after quiet hours 4- kids running and screaming all day at pool, if you work from home run away 5- pool has no shower available 6- office ignored my complaints and never answer the phone nor the email unless you go to the office 7- it looks nice but never judge a book by its cover 8- a neighbor knocking hard on my door accusing me of noise while I was out, talked to the office and they didn’t care, and falsely accused me back without evidence. "We have lived here for about 3 months and love it! The residents are really nice and the events they put on each month has been a ton of fun. Apartment complexes can’t all be perfect but this one is by far my favorite. The staff seem to really care about the residents and I have never had leasing staff know me by name until I came here. Looking forward to the rest of our time here!"
"0 stars. I don't recommend this place at all. I was a resident here since it first opened. I lived there for 2 years. I had no complaints until it was time to get out of my lease and after I left. I moved one month ago and haven't received any correspondence in the mail about the return of my $200 security deposit. Sept 1st, I talked to their employee Gerald about a weird charge on my portal as I had already moved out on the Aug 26. It looked like I wasn't getting my deposit back per the online portal. He ghosted me and never resolved the issue. One month later, I'm still getting the run around. They began stating I owe money, but I never received the final bill. The amount I supposedly owed didn't make sense. The amount was inconsistent among multiple different employees. No one could explain what was being charged. All in all, I was being scammed out of my security deposit. I called and spoke to the assistant manager who rudely stated that I will not be getting anything in the mail from them. So, I went into their office to get clarification and the assistant manager was no help and said she'll pass it on to their property manager. The property manager was there on site but left as soon as I had walked in. So, I came back to the office 20 mins later and spoke to the property manager to get this resolved. He began crunching numbers and said they are deducting $71 from my deposit for utilities. I gave up arguing over it and I demanded that I receive my security deposit asap as they are legally required to return the deposit in 30 days. I'm not waiting another 30 days, they need to abide by the lease. He says he will mail the deposit overnight. I'll be holding my breath on him to follow through. Don't walk, but run away from this place."
"If I could give this complex zero stars, I would. Please find somewhere else to rent. First, their rent skyrocketed after we moved in. You can find A LOT better for the price. Our bathroom doors never stayed open or closed. My husband had to replace the strike plate (the piece on the door frame that the latch goes into when the door is closed) to get the door to close. The drawers in our kitchen were always getting stuck when sliding them out or just didn’t come out at all. I’ve had two leaks in my bathroom and kitchen sinks that took over a week to fix. Maintenance only came to fix it because my downstairs neighbor complained their ceiling was leaking. When it was “fixed,” the faucet wasn't attached properly. For renting this apartment, I shouldn't have to pay for maintenance or supplies for appliances I don't own. They do not replace fridge filters, and it took them a year and a half to replace the filter in the water fountain at the gym. The pool is always getting surprise maintenance during the summer, so the pool was closed every Friday in the middle of summer. They gave no notice until the day the pool would be closed. They also entered my apartment without letting me know or announcing their presence while I was naked and breastfeeding my child. They are not responsive, and they never answer the phone. If you leave a voicemail, they don't even respond. I’ll reiterate… FIND ANOTHER COMPLEX!"
