"I would like to say that I came to visit these apartments all the way from Ohio because I’m looking to relocate to North Carolina. The two ladies in the office were so extremely helpful! From the tour of the apartments and helping with the application process which we did run into some minor difficulties. But the ladies were so patience and helpful. Got my application situated before I headed back to my hometown. I was so grateful! If you’re looking for a place to live go check them out, these ladies are very nice."

"I am going to be truthfully honest, this is the worst, most horrible apartment complex to live in! I call this place “the high priced projects” because that’s what they are! They charge high prices for rent and the apartments are run down, cracks, feel like you’re going to fall through the floor, mold, and bugs galore! We have roaches in our apartment because they moved a lady in with her kids and dog that came with them and gave my whole building roaches! They don’t come to spray unless we keep calling 50,000 times! The office staff are terrible and don’t answer the phone! Visitors have to pay to park here, which is ridiculous! We have open cracks near the door and windows, we called and asked about fixing them and they said that there is nothing they can do! My car has been towed and I knew nothing about a parking pass, and one of the maintenance guys made it seem like it was my fault for not having one! The kids here are very disrespectful and their parents are no better, not all but a select few. One teenage girl purposely jumped out in front of my car when I was driving. There have been several shootouts and police car chases here! When it comes to the laundry room, one day they will put a code on it and another day they won’t, so you will always have to call to get in. I put attached a filtered shower head and the lady in the office had the audacity to say that the shower head that I BOUGHT was their property because it was attached to the plumbing and we have a utility (water) bill, so that made no sense! A couple of days after we transferred to another apartment, our refrigerator stopped working. We called about it and instead of giving us a new one, they had the audacity to give us a old, dirty one with leftover pieces of food in it and the maintenance guy also put our food in that refrigerator knowing it was not clean! My mom went to the office to tell them we had mold in the apartment and that we needed to be transferred to a new one. We also asked for them to inspect our closet because water was leaking. When I came back to the apartment all they did was clean ONE AIR VENT, COVERED THE WATER LEAK WITH PAINT, AND DIDN’T INSPECT FOR THE MOLD! They also trashed the bedroom that had the water leak. I was so upset that I went to the office and told the lady what happened and that we needed a new apartment immediately! The lady was being nasty and after fussing we did get the new apartment, but they tried to take more money from us! At the last minute, two days before we were going to move into the new apartment, the same lady with the nasty attitude in the office called us and said we had to pay a deposit for transferring into another apartment! Which we didn’t understand because the place was falling apart, and it had mold which wasn’t our fault! Their manager from corporate told them that we didn’t have to pay anything, which they should’ve known that in the first place! Last, don’t trust Morgan Properties! What they do is buy cheap affordable apartments and charge insane prices for people to pay with little to no upgrades! I found out that a previous apartment complex that I used to live in was taken over by Morgan Properties and they were charging us insane prices! They are doing the same thing here! If you are a single person or have children! Look for other apartments and make this apartment complex your last resort! This is not worth the headache!"

"I got an email requesting that I leave a review which they will probably regret. I have lived here since the end of September 2023 and it has been awful from the start. I wasn't allowed to see my apartment before I signed my lease. I had to wait until my move in date. So they let me see a completely different unit to see the floorplan. I was told they were working in it up until my move in date. There was a gap in the front door about an inch or so wide that let in any pest that could fit. Had to place a maintenance request for them to just "band-aid" it and add strip filler to it instead of replacing the whole strip. I've had to place THREE maintenance requests just to get a freezer seal replaced. They tried to (you guessed it) "band-aid" that TWICE with the same strip filler before they would even replace it. I was told my washer and dryer was brand new. Clearly that was a lie. I had to have a maintenance request on both of them before they would work and there was fabric softener and trash in the middle of the washer agitator to where I could not use it for softener myself. The washer wouldn't wash a complete cycle without me hitting start every few minutes. The dryer wouldn't produce heat so they had to wait over a week on the part to come in. The neighbors told me there had been "squatters" living in my apartment before me. The floors are brand new, thank goodness but the neighbors also said that they had the flooring out in the middle of the road for cars to run over so its bubbled and torn. I can tell that is true because I had to mop the floor what seemed like hundreds of times to where it wasn't black mop water before I had even moved in. Tracy claims there are cleaners but you can tell that is a lie because the kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Caked with grease and old food. Neighbors said there aren't cleaners either. Flash forward to December and both bedroom windows leak when it rains at the top at the wall, all the way to the base of the window and to the floor. The window stripping is completely gone as well. There is mold in both windows all around. The windows need to be completely replaced. You can tell there has been water damage from the windows down to the floor. ALL of the baseboards in the apartment need to be replaced, especially the back bedroom. You can tell there is a huge amount of rotten wood. When you tell the office about mold, they just tell you to clean it and spray your windows with bleach weekly. I understand that but there shouldn't be mold for me to clean out. I have NEVER lived anywhere with mold in the windows. If you tell them about the HUGE roaches that could carry away a toddler, they just claim they are water bugs. LIES, you can tell the difference. They do have Orkin come out pretty frequently though. I had a leak in my bathroom through and around the bathroom exhaust fan. Maintenance ran upstairs and claimed it was the upstairs tenant that "left his shower curtain hanging out" and that's what it was from. Doesn't even make sense. It was coming directly from the toilet above based off of the color. They didn't even check the ceiling for mold or check pipes in between the units like they should have. It did stop though. They gave me a fan which was pointless because my floor wasn't wet. Back to the windows, I've been waiting since before Christmas and now they are waiting on "contractors to come look at the windows" supposedly. Meanwhile, my two kids and I are just breathing in mold. I've talked to neighbors and they all say this is the worst complex they have ever stayed at. Will add photos. Will update review with what is actually fixed about my windows."

"We have only been here for 6 week’s. So far, everything has been great. We’ve needed maintenance for a very small bathroom sink issue and ant’s. Both issue’s were taken care of with in 24 hour’s. Anthony is wonderful. Very up beat and helpful. Tracy got us off to a wonderful start. Moving from another state has it’s challenge’s and she made thing’s much easier. Everyone I’ve met has been friendly and helpful. I believe we will be happy here. Thx, SF & SS"
