"This use to be a beautiful place to live, now sent the new owners had taking over the property is disgusting. Loud music from the residents, I have reach out to the management team about the residence parking in Handicap parking area with no Handicap sticker or tag. Their are vehicles that has been parked in the parking lot for over two to three months, I have also address this with the management team, and nothing has been done. What can we as the residents do to see that the management team address our issues. They ask us to reach out to them with any issues and when we do nothing gets done. I would appreciate very much if the management team address these issues. Thank you resident over 2 1/2 years of resident here at waterlynn. This place has really turned into a good complex you pay 1.438.72 dollars to live in an unclean place I have posted pictures of the way this New complex is being operated by our new owners and management team. This is really a hot mess and just think that a couple of months I renewed my lease. I really wish I never did. I had to call into the office cause the maintenance team had a cardboard box to fall off of the card and he just drove passed it. So that let me know that this new maintenance team and management team is not doing there Job at keep the up keep of this complex. They are so quick to send out notices about rent being late . But no notice to the residents about the cleanness of this supposed to be complex. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a nice quiet clean place to live. Don’t live here cause this place is trashy. This is not a luxury place to live."

"Hello, I have been living at Waterlynn for almost 2 weeks. I love it. Parking, parking, parking - Oh did I say parking. I can go out at night and never have to worry about a place to park. Pet friendly - several residents with animals are respectful and the dog park is huge and grassy. The dog park is beautiful. I am spoiled by the valet trash. Plenty of sidewalks and places to walk. So much grass. Raven, Sarah, James, and the entire staff are wonderful and extremely helpful. Restaurants, shopping, etc is so close by. It is also peaceful and safe place to live. If you are looking for an apartment - look no further."

"The office crew is fantastic. Sarah and Raven made it easy to make the choice to live at Waterlynn @ Concord. The grounds are beautifully kept, garden tubs, includes W/D in units and some units come with garage. I downsized from 3bdrm rental house to apt and I'm very happy with my choice. Shopping, restaurants and activities within 4 miles."
