"I visited Mill House Apartments and was assisted by Sakena Howard. This was the best experience I have had touring any property. Sakeena was very professional, friendy and polite. From the time I called to inquire about the property and all throughout the process, she was amazing. She had a nice packet ready for me when I arrived with all the information I needed. We actually toured 2 different units so that I could see my options. She answered every question and gave really good ideas. Sakeena made this experience and the process wonderful for me. Mill House is absolutely beautiful. The amenities, location and accessibility make it a desirable place to call home. I would encourage you to check it out!!!"

"I've been here since the property been open and it's a nice location. The apartment is great with lots of sunlight. I love my ground floor apartment because it has no carpet. Best reason for moving to mill house for me. The walls are not the best so you will hear everything. It's supposed to be a no smoking property but people do smoke and it will get through the vents and get into your apartment. There is a truant officer on the property but it doesn't seem to work because I've tried using it but I've haven't had any response even with leaving a message. Alot of the courtesy from management seem to stop after your moved in or they just offer empty promises. Some issues here are do to inconsiderate neighbors who really need to be reminded that there in a contract but not just about dog poop. Lastly, the breezeway cleaning schedule that is non existent for all the money we pay the breezeway can surely be cleaned."
