"I just recently moved out at the end of January. The community is pretty quiet, and my kids and I enjoyed living here. I loved the fact that MAA does not have breed restrictions. This was the highlight of living here as a Rottweiler owner. Moving in was a breeze, as well as moving out. Move out charges were acceptable as I already had in mind what I could be charged for, and it lined up directly. The only suggestion I do have for MAA is maintaining the breezeways a little more often, as these do get pretty dirty at times. The apartment was nice, but a little outdated. All in all, it was nice living here for 3 years."

"Ashleigh, one of the leasing agents, was fantastic when my life partner and I went to see MAA. We loved the floor plan and appreciated Ashleigh's welcoming and supportive ways. We had high hopes of leasing there. Ashleigh went out of her way to be accomodating knowing that we needed to leave the country in few days and wanted to view the actual apartment before putting down on it to be sure it didn't smell like smoke (knowing MAA allows smoking). The only reason why we chose NOT to lease at MAA was because of Jessie, the leasing manager. When we had to work with Jessie, in Ashleigh's absence, Jessie was terribly rude to us on the phone (like we were a bother to her). When we explained that we wanted to view the actual unit before leaving country she flatly denied us. Wasn't willing to work with us in any way. So we needed to put money down on an apartment before we left so we chose another apartment complex."
