"I spent a weekend here thanks to a tremendous gift from one of my customers...and enjoyed the rest and relaxation. They allowed my two rescue dogs to come and had free WiFi so I could binge watch several seasons of some of my favorite shows. The room was clean with 2 queen size beds, a mini fridge, dresser, and laptop work station. There was basic internet but not a tremendous amount of channels. One nice touch was the end tables, lights, and laptop area had USB charging ports which made is really convenient for using my laptop and charging my mobile phone. I only had two minor negatives if you will the first one was that water in the tub drained slowly so you were kind of standing in water... And the second was the continental breakfast in the morning really was either two choices of cereal or a English muffin or a bagel and coffee. I wish they had orange juice but they didn't. Overall it was great to be able to re-energize my batteries and spend some time with my dogs before gearing up to go back to work again. It was a very nice blue collar type hotel it was clean and I gave it 4 out of five stars."

"If I could give this place a zero I would. I booked 2 rooms to come do wedding stuff in nc. Both rooms were trash, not cleaned at all smelled funny and there was left over hair in the bathroom on the floor , damage on the walls , exposed wires thank goodness I didn’t have little kids with me, and on top of all that you make us pay a 100 deposit for incesendtals when the room already has holes and major damage? Now for the kicker my daughters toilet in her room got stopped up. She went to the front desk to hope maintenance would fix it and then what happened was appalling. They handing HER a plunger in a baggy and said return it when your done. What!!! Who does that. We are your guest not your maintenance personnel. I told the girl the next day about how I defiantly will not invite my 100 wedding guest to stay at there hotel but that I was a very disappointed customer. Expecting some sincerity or customer service She only said sorry and that she can’t change anything that happened. So that’s it my business means nothing to you. I explained I will right a review and I hope this goes to corporate because that was UNACCEPTABLE and should never happen to anyone!"

"Stayed here for 3 weeks for work. Beds where uncomfortable. Took my deposit because the sheets were “stained” even though they was like that when I got here. They have bed bugs as well so clean your clothes and everything before you leave. You’re not close to any larger stores. Nearby is only food a cvs and Walgreens. Only cleaned the room once in the 3 weeks I stayed. Would not recommend this hotel."

"Owner is very condescending also her assistant a (little south Asian lady). They call at inappropriate hours not helpful at all. This place doesn’t even have wifi they false advertise their amenities. If you ask questions they say of you don’t like call the company you book. The first day I stayed I was locked out of room. I went to front desk there was nobody to help and i had to book another room at the hotel next door that night. Cleaning is very primitive and do not have set hours of house keeping. Towels are not changed and most of them are dirty. Hopefully this review will reach the owner and he or she will delegate correctly. Also not looking for a response or any credits. This message is to the owner anybody can reply to review it’s what you do after. I’ve been here for a month nothing has been changed. I’ll be for another 90 days let’s see if you really care about your business or you just going to reply and not do anything about it?"
