"Roach infested gym, extreme lack of parking, careless maintenance staff, office is always closed, HVAC is not adequate in any season except fall. Every speed bump is a different size. And the cherry on top is the security camera they put at the dumpster because I guess they're mad they keep having to fix the overflowing compactor since they can't pay a proper trash removal company. 2300ish a month for a 3bed by the way, definitely a stellar deal."

"We have been here a year and half and the staff is great. Dustin is AWESOME when ever we need some fixed he is always there and he tells us what he is doing and why. He is very personable. I love that is the staff. When you are living someplace you want the people to be friendly and make it feel like it is a community. Otherwise what's the point of staying. I think that is the problem now places don't feel like communities anymore. No one says "Hi" or tries to meet their neighbors and be friendly, everyone is so to themselves. I like when people got together in communities and helped each other, new each other. THis place tries to do get together at least once a month. thanks everyone."

"One of my better experiences at Sail Pointe apartments is maintenance. One particular attendant that has gone over and above his name is Danny. Not only has Danny and others helped with issues pertaining to my apartment. Danny stopped and helped when I was dropping heavy bags while moving in. Even responding to a complaint when trash was not picked up. Danny came up and empty trash himself! Also to add to the over and above experience is a leasing agent Alexus. This young lady's customer service is genuine and her ability to make you feel at home is impeccable! She is one of the two people that has made a mediocre living experience a better one. (Can I say that I feel safer in this community because these two people are around.) This should be rewarded and not over looked. For the most of my experience, it is quiet. Which is a plus from living uptown. My only suggestion would be to keep the breezeway clean, stricter rules with trash and personal items outside of door ways."

"Beautiful property! Loving the recent renovations and the new management is driven and experienced. The front office staff are welcoming, friendly and are responsive and caring to engage with. The Maintenance staff takes quick action on any problems/concerns. Can't beat the beautiful scenery and access to just about anything. This place feels like home!"
