No issues with bugs and maintenance is fantastic! All Staff is super nice and helpful. They keep the area really clean and does landscaping often. thank you!"

"Im utterly disappointed. You can find somewhere else better to stay thats worth the money. TRUST!!! All i will say is nothing but the lights worked!! **UPDATE**: I did my due diligence by informing the property manager of the several issues wrong with my apartment since i just moved in. She came and was very rude. Was argumentative when i told her my grievances with the apartment! Also, when i asked for my balcony to be pressure washed bc its disgusting she said “Wellll the building is 30 years old and we dont have it in our budget.” EXCUSE ME!??? So the building hasnt been pressure washed in 30 years? Is that were u were trying to say or you was trying to be rude once again…"

"I was there for only a one year lease and there was construction going on the entire time for a senior community and they continually keep bring dogs over to our side to walk their dogs and most times didn't curb their dogs! Management did nothing about it, and our toilets would always stop working once the other one was fixed. They keep our deposit saying we left furniture in the apartment"

"I have lived here for a year and LOVE it!!! I have read the other comments and in no way have I experienced what the others are saying. I have never heard my neighbors. No water bugs or roaches!!....Maintenance staff has always handled my needs PRONTO!! Office staff from Aysa, to Melissa and Kayla have been nothing but first class. This is a family atmosphere and not a single swingers party. Yes, I could pay more with amenities and could also loose the environment I live with which is fabulous!!! The new outdoor soccer and track facilities are awesome!!! I have traveled all over US and this is a wonderful community. If you want your fanny powered and your ego stroked please go elsewhere. I love my neighbors and community!!"
