"To be honest with you guys I've been living here my daughter and I now for 4yrs and I really haven't had any difficulties with Ms. Diane nor tynda ms. Diane is only able to so what she able to do with the minimum options that she has, only issue I have is with management (who are the overseers) management don't do anything and I never see them walking around etc these apartments haven't been updated bc of management yall! Diane isn't able to mke any moves without them! I know personally that it's management bc they no longer email me nor return phone calls Ms Diane will tell u before she give u ir key to let her know if anything changes or of you going to be late with rent bc she don't know unless you speak up! I speak up every month letting her know im going to be late I give her a date and she also sees it when she come in the following business day she very educational and will also point you in the right direction if your looking to move etc... this complex is quiet which I love and safe then could use more street lights though but all in all I never really had an issue with landlord Diane only with management."

"I've lived here a little more than 2 years and never had any serious trouble, everyone kinda watches out for each other and the kids all look after one another. They have a park for the kids to play and an area they can ride around. Most residents are really nice and sociable with eachother and like to help each other if needed."
