"We love living here & coming up on 3 years in this Community, however the pool has been closed due to structural issues Summer of 2022 & now Summer of 2023. The HOA will tell you what you want to hear & make you believe that it's getting worked on, however no contractor wants to do the work because it's a Big job. Our dues went up & still no progress. If you're considering moving into the development, keep in mind there is No working pool & who knows if it will get fixed."
"love living here, but the hoa won't fix our pool in a timely manner. It's been over a year, and no work has even been started to fix the pool."
"As a notice to anyone considering moving to Grayson Park…You think the pool looks nice, right?? What is your realtor, builder not telling you? The pool has been closed two out of the last three seasons (not COVID related). The pool will be closed for all of 2022. As the years go on, residents are shocked if the pool opens on time, if at all. The thing has major structural issues that will cost millions to be addressed. New problems every year and no end in sight. If your builder tells you there are plans for a second clubhouse/pool as the neighborhood expands, they are flat out lying to you. There are no plans to do this. As the community grows exponentially, the amenities vanish. You pay high HOA fees for a shoddy landscape company to mow the common areas when it becomes too unsightly once a month"
"Grayson Park is an awesome place to live! It's off the "beaten path," but still in an area that has quick and easy access to shopping of all sorts, restaurants, and hundreds of small businesses and other assorted retailers. The street layout is very user friendly, and also very safe. I say safe because the streets were laid out in a way that prevents through traffic on the streets populated with houses. So you can play basketball or ride bikes or enjoy whatever other outdoor activities you can't do safely in most neighborhoods. Everyone in Grayson Park has been very friendly in the various interactions I've had along the way. One of my favorite features here is the set of wooden bridges you drive over as you enter the neighborhood. I can't help but feel the stress melt away as I roll over those bridges towards home. Once over the second bridge I feel the disconnect with the stress of the rat race, and super happy to be home. Love this place!"
"We just bought a house great deal!! Love the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and fitness center was a big plus!! Lots of trees and no freeway noise, oh and the stars are beautiful at night. You can actually see the milky way, because there are no city lights!"
