"Super spacious for the price. Wonderful staff at the leasing office. However, within two nights of living there I had my kids scooter stolen and when I reported it to the office there was nothing they could do because they have no cameras other than in the office."

The evidence is glaring—trash accumulates outside apartment doors, leaving unsightly and unhygienic messes that persist for days on end, leaking liquids onto walkways. The lax enforcement of pet regulations is evident, with unleashed animals and unattended waste becoming commonplace. Reserved and handicap parking spaces are routinely abused, creating an atmosphere of disregard for the needs of others. The absence of genuine customer service further compounds the issues, as office staff display rudeness and unwelcoming attitudes. The leases themselves are riddled with vague wording designed to disadvantage tenants. Maintenance requests go unanswered, insect infestations thrive, and safety devices remain in disrepair. Astonishingly, blame for poor maintenance quality and workmanship is shifted onto tenants. Brunswick Point's failure to uphold its own rules jeopardizes the well-being and satisfaction of its residents, eroding trust in the community management."

"Our apartment had not been cleaned well at all, smoke alarm battery needed replacing before we even moved in. Our washer and dryer weren’t installed prior to us moving in, even though they were supposed to be. We had fruit flies all over the apartment, and cobwebs in the corners. Floors were dirty. Toilet wouldn’t stop running."

"Thank you for being AWESOME PAM NEWTON office AND KENNETH my genius and friendly miracle worker maintenance man ! He fixed 6 little problems I had like new light bulbs and fixing my electrical outlets so they ALL WORK and a doorknob fixed and took my old TV to the dumpster since I don't have a car so I carry my garbage over by walking a good distance. I Love it here! 3 years I have enjoyed my friendly neighbors too. Thanks again!!!"
