"Stayed one night, hotel was very clean and quiet. The shower soap was empty which was a bummer because it smelled delicious. Hotel is next to several restaurants, take out places, gas station, and a full grocery store. My only gripe was their garbage cans in the rooms (of all things). No plastic liners and with a recycling divider in each can...So is housekeeping staff touching everything in the trash to empty it, stuff that's gooey or stuck to the bottom? And also cleaning the can between guests? It seems like a lot to put on the shoulders of housekeeping staff, and as a guest there's just trash from the bathroom that shouldn't be sorted though by strangers. I felt sorry for housekeeping staff that would have to deal with it. But beds were super comfy. There was no microwave in our room, just a small cube shaped fridge. Hardwood floors. Plenty of extra light fixtures which was appreciated."

"No hot water - the water was warm throughout our three night stay. The front desk offered various excuses and no remedy. The front desk offered a complimentary day to compensate for the lack of hot water and then reneged on the offer. We were charged full price for both of our rooms. No closet in the room! A metal bar with hangers attached to the wall above the mini-fridge is their idea of a closet. Low quality iron and ironing board. New and clean facility. Convenient location. Overall quality of the facility, while it remains brand new, is good enough."

"Very friendly staff. Clean, uniquely designed rooms. I enjoy the interior of the hotel, new and colorful. Enjoyed our stay, will definitely continue to stay here for my trips to Wilmington area."

"New hotel, very clean rooms, running water wasn't hot at all (warm) but bathroom was immaculate. Staff was awesome, everyone very friendly, helpful and accommodating. There was leak in the bathroom, we were moved right away to another room. Maintenance guy Marcus was on point, he was absolutely amazing. Herbert the manager was very nice and made up for the inconvenience. I recommend staying here as they're working out all the little twerks being brand new building. I will definitely stay again."
