"I would have to give this visit 1 star, it is completely unprofessional. My wife and I came in for an oil change and inspection and the inspector Malik allowed us to stay in the car during the entire process. For the oil change I understand but for the inspection, how is that even possible, did he even inspect my vehicle? My tires were not removed nor was the car lifted to check underneath. The inspection was done in under 5 mins. My wife was driving and instead of us getting out of the vehicle, he insisted on us staying while he crammed himself between my wife and under the steering wheel to plug the car in. I am not one to criticize but my wife was very uncomfortable with the inspectors hygiene it was extremely hard to speak to him."

"I had my oil changed for the first time at the Bethpage location, I have used the Seaford location many times & never had an issue. 2 days after the oil change my light came on that I needed windshield washer fluid. I ended up buying a gallon and the reservoir took the whole gallon. I did not make an issue b/c it is a minor inconvenience but something I know is generally filled during the process. I noticed the past week there was an odd smell from my engine after driving a while and then realizing that there was a puddle in my driveway. I took my car to another shop to have it looked at and my car was leaking oil a lot. The filter was not on correctly and the car had lost almost all of the oil. Unfortunately, before this happened I already was not going to revisit this location mainly because they make you stay in the car during the oil change which I find odd and uncomfortable. The gentleman helping me seemed very confused and did not seem like he knew what he was doing. He was leaning over me in my vehicle when he needed to do certain things like reset my oil light which I had to remind him to do. Finally I told him I was going to get out so he can do it and again I feel this is why staying in the car shouldn't be an option. I paid $93.41 for a synthetic oil change that was all wrong. This could have really damaged my vehicle had I not realized that it was leaking. I will never visit this location again and I really think they need a process change and more training. I had to repay for another oil change only a month after and I am so upset about the lost of funds as well as the fact that my vehicle could have been damaged so bad. Would of given no stars if I could."
