"Had the Honda recall to fix the seat frame in my Civic Type R done at Honda City service. The technician had to remove the seat from the car, disassemble it and replace the internal frame. The work was done perfectly. No scratches on the cars plastic interior parts and the seat went back together as good as new."

"I Recently brought my vehicle in for a grinding sound in the steering column. I dealt with a woman named Theresa. They replaced the cord inside the steering column and told me the noise was gone and that it was fixed. As soon as i got in my vehicle i heard the same grinding noise. Went back inside and told Theresa the noise was still there and if she could get the guy who worked on my car to come out so i can show him. He told me he would talk to his manager and more than likely they are going to have to replace the whole steering column. Went back in to confirm with Theresa that they will call me with more information and she confirmed. 2 weeks have gone by and i havent heard anything. Yet she keeps sending me surveys about how she did and they are being sent to my fathers phone even though my phone is listed as the primary. Called yesterday and dealt with someone named Nate, told him the whole situation and told him i want the situation fixed. He said he would put it through as priority and to expect a call later today. No call of course. Seems to be a pattern with this place and never calling back. If i could give this place 0 stars twice I would. Its awful"

"I bought a CPO Honda Accord from the sales department in June of this year. Since then I have had to go to the service department four times in the span of three months. Those three times I have gone to the service department they’ve me wait 5+ hours to do a subpar job and send me on my way. And every time they send me on my way the issue is still present on my car. I have tried every possible way to get them to understand that their location is a far drive from me and they continue to have a lack of empathy. Recently I went in to fix an issue with my windshield; the manager even test drove my car and said he heard the issue I came in about. After three hours all they said they did was put lubricant in my car and send me on my way. I told them that this is not a solution and the issue will occur again and they disregarded my concern now the issue is still present. I have tried to reach both Ralph and Mark and they constantly ignore my calls. The only time they responded is when I asked the manager of the sales department to please contact them on my behalf and when he did he said give Ralph/Mark a call now because they just answered. When I called they refused to get on the phone. At this point, I can tell that not only do they not want to help but they plan on continuously having me drive up there to waste my time and not fix any issues with a car I’ve had for less than six months."

"Adding details since the service center asked. I have had to return to the service center multiple times for things not done right/completely the first time. This is not the first time this has happened. This time we went for a service and a recall, we got the car back in time for a long trip and something was wrong. Sounds coming from the car that didn't exist before the visit. Went back and they 'fixed it'. A few days ago the lights on the dash start flashing. Had to go back to have them fix it yet again. Three trips in what should have been one routine service visit. Seems like a lack of testing following the service. Separately, there is an intermittent issue with the sliding door on a Honda Odyssey that I bought from them new a few years ago. Went to them shortly after purchase but 'they could not replicate the issue'. The issue persists but I have to deal with it because my new car was not up to snuff. I currently own two Hondas. I have begun to question their being the reliable, problem-free vehicles, with a strong service network that they once were."

"Service was on time! Very friendly people. All earlier services like state inspections was very quick too. Changed the rear view camera. The parts was reasonable priced. Got recommendations for overall car inspection. Very professional team! Would love to visit again!"
