"STAY AWAY!!!!!! Estimated 2 weeks So I waited those 2 weeks, then I called to check up on 12/6/23 car wasn’t ready, with a new estimate day, 12/15/23. Late 12/14/23 I receive a call from body shop stating car was done, due to work I couldn’t pick up that day. So I went 12/15/23 to pick it up, as I approached my car I noticed the seam between bumper and body was rather noticeable and the clamps were visible. I spoke with the foreman and showed to him, and he stated that Geico would not pay for the clamps on the opposite side of the accident. So I asked how much the clamps was, and he replied around $50. So I question why would you make a decision of not rectifying that issue and giving me the car back, over a $50 clamp, and told him in any case you should call me and explain the issue with Geico not paying for it, and I would make the decision of buying or not the clamp. So we agreed that the car was gonna get taking care of in the morning of 12/23/23 and that I would drop it off 12/22/23 in the night hours. Next day, 12/16/23 when I drove my car, I notice several things been wrong with it, radio not working, paint stains in wheel and paint foot prints in floor mat, windshield fluid not coming properly and reaching windshield, as it should, and a scratch to the passenger side body. So on 12/20/23 I called the shop over this issues, knowing that they work Saturday half a day, it seem to me I wouldn’t be enough time to fix all of it, specially knowing that’s a holiday weekend and usually shops are short staffed, Antony responded “I’ll be here and make sure everything is taken care of, you only need me here”. With the promise of my car to be ready and if not I would be giving a rental car, and against my better judgement and experience, I agreed. In 12/23/23 mid morning I called to find out the status of my car, the lady said she would find out and call me back. No calls back were made. I called 7 times after that and nobody answered the phone. At this point car rentals were closed for me to rent a car. So I was left with no vehicle over the holiday weekend. 12/26/23 I called the shop around 3 pm and spoked with a lady and told her I would pick up my car the way it was, I didn’t want them to hold my car any longer, and I would take care of the repairs on my own, Antony was placed on the line and told him I no longer wanted to deal with them, I just wanted my car, so I explain all this to him, plus on Christmas Day I had visitations with my daughter, and I couldn’t pick her up since I didn’t have a car, also I missed work, base on the same reason, plus my working equipment was inside the car, so even if I manage to get to work I couldn’t due to my tools. At this point he started to raise his voice and yelling wouldn’t let me finish, he wanted to explain himself. Saying that he work Saturday until 7 pm in my car and that he put “thousands” of hours in it. I told him that wasn’t my problem. That I would pick up my car how it was. He then said he wouldn’t give me MY CAR, because he doesn’t allow cars to go out “unfinished” which they already did, he also claimed that Geico wanted an aftermarket bumper, hence it didn’t fit properly, he would have to get an original bumper and replace the existing one. At this point I was so done I just wanted to make them go away anyway possible. I told him I need it my tools to work and that I would stop by to pick it up. And I did. I left under the promise AGAIN that my car would will be ready next day. That day, (12/26/23)He offered me a rental, a bit too late, I would say). I’ve lost wages, rental expenses and time with my family. It is a great shame the lack of integrity, honesty and professionalism. What’s even greater shame is the Saturday he said he worked till 7 pm on my car, I drove by twice with my bike to see what was happening, lights were off and shop was shut. Attempting to manipulate me, with a lie, was cowardly. Horrible place, would give 0 stars if I could."

"Dear owner, you just finished body work on my Camry but you missed a piece, see picture ,it's not worth me bringing it back because I already had to rent a car for 10 days and don't feel like paying for another 1 or 2 days. I feel you should return my $250. Deductible to be fair. Ty Jay"
