"I waited a long time to post my review. We have lived at Waterleigh since the beginning when they opened. I have watched the decline in all areas since that time...Management NEEDS an overhaul....everyone in the office needs to be fired or sent to corporate for a refresher course on how to actually manage a property. When we first moved in the management company was excellent. It has been sold since then and I cannot stress enough the rapid decline. We have ONE dumpster for the whole development and it is horrendous! I am embarrassed to live here. The breezeways have only been power washed twice in three years. Horrible. The apartments have spiders, ants, roaches and we are very clean? I am constantly cleaning and cleaning as I live on the 1st floor....the front doors have cracks in them where bugs just come in everyday...the people in the office don't care, the maintenance team are always on their cell phones walking around doing nothing and don't care....what is more bewildering is the units in the front near the leasing office are wonderful...breezeways clean, garbage picked up, new catch drains...back near the dumpster...old catch drains, garbage on the sidewalks for days, etc...we have been apartment dwellers in many states and this one is the absolute worse experiences I have ever had. Please be aware I am not exaggerating. I am frustrated at paying $1600 a month for a place I want to call home but cannot. Will there be anything done about these things? Probably not...we will move on....I just don't want anyone to be disillusioned like we were...walk the complex and look around before signing a lease!"

"Waterleigh is a nice homey dog friendly community with amenities like a pool, pickle ball court, gym, dog park and car wash station. We have been here almost 2 years and enjoy sitting outside on the spacious porches and by the pool."

"Love the staff. They are very accommodating, extremely nice, and always trying to provide amazing service. They have fun events, food trucks coming. It’s an above and Beyond type of living for sure. My dog loves the ladies in management. My dog is also obsessed with the maintenance men!! (Picture of the Willow Bug obsessed with everyone) About to sign on our second year here, I probably have been a complete pain to them in the last week but they have always had a smile on their faces helping out anyway they can do I’m very grateful."
