"I had a truly excellent experience buying a treadmill at the South Park mall location. Jemare Was incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and had a truly beautiful attitude. He spent the time explaining differences between the two treads, waited for me to try them, and cared about my satisfaction, rather than his commission, for which he did not qualify due to a Peloton system issue. Thank you Jemare!"

"I bought a ProForm bike for $250 and had to return it. It was a piece of junk in my opinion. Total waste of time. I went straight to the Peloton store and tried out the bike + and loved it! Quaila was very helpful and explained everything. The experience was great. The service was great and I can’t wait to start using it in a few days."

"You can tell they just want to sell, they smile, their kind but why did i have to ask for help to get on bike? Or how does it work with the shoes? The smile was fake, i just don't appreciate shipping at places with these sort of employees. should have done it online, but we wanted try out what we bought. It was a rushed sale for sure. And way too many employees for one customer only."

"Jennifer was very helpful in the store with helping me answer any questions that I had and ordering what I wanted. I will say that I am a little disappointed on the third-party delivery as they broke my treadmill on the day of delivery so I have to wait another 12 days for them to fix their mistakes."
