I saw a pair of Timberland boots and she assisted me right away. I met Adam at the register and he was welcoming as well he even took time to order me a pair of shoes that I wanted. Returned the next day needing to exchange for a 1/2 size up and was freaking out Bc I never got the email receipt but thankfully Adam remembered me and was swift with the exchange process.
