"I ordered a taxi from here twice. The receptionist was courteous. The problem I have with this place is that of the cabs I have taken there's no indication that the company is WHITETOP. I see no signature I see no logos or anything on any of the vehicles that I rode in. They did not inform me the number of the car's plate so I did not know how to identify the car. This can be a problem. Depending on where you're picking up a vehicle sometimes in Brooklyn it can be very shady. I think it's very important that they identify their cabs with either a number or the name of the company on the vehicle. If they're not willing to do this then give the customer the plate number of the vehicle, making it much more safer. So it's necessary for whitetop to make sure that their customers are safe this is a way of implementing this. Otherwise the driver on the first go-round was very good very considerate. The second time I took a cab from here the driver did not identify himself at all. when I asked him who is he here to pick up he did not say he just looked at his cell phone. I asked him the name of the company and he didn't respond. So I then said WHITETOP? And he just nodded yes. Rude behavior. Kind of scary also. Hoping for a better driver next time and better service from the drivers."
