UNION CAR SERVICE

"The worst!! My friend prepaid and reserved them to pick her up at 5 am to take her to JFK. Over 20 minutes of stressfully waiting, running in and out of the house, constantly calling the office only to get their answering machine, she finally just called an Uber to take her. She just made it to the plane before the airline closed the door..... That night she needed to follow up with Union to get reimbursed; BTW -- around 45 minutes after 5 am- the Union driver rang my bell to pick her up-- we told him he was reserved to pick up at 5 not 5:45-- his response-- you gave me the wrong address; really--- how did he know to come to my address at 5:45!! if you want to miss your flight then reserve and prepay with Union!! Just not worth the time, and stress-- reserve with a reliable person!!"
