"Such a gem of a bike shop! So friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I was in town with some friends and we wanted to go for a ride. They set us up with great rental bikes at a super reasonable price, fitted them to us well, and gave us a ton of info on bike trail options. There's a greenway trail right across the street from the shop, so super easy to hop on the trail and get around the city."

"I was on a business trip to Charlotte and wanted to fit in a quick MTB ride and came here to rent a bike. The service was just stellar. Attention to details, care for customers, etc. Top notch. I brought my Garmin stem mount and not only installed it, but had to do 2-3 tunings because of the bike I rented needed a washer, etc etc. Then I asked if they could put on better pedals and they didn't even hesitate, turned around, asked me metal or plastic, opened a box of brand new pedals and installed them on the bike. The bike was too basic though (every level Giant full suspension, no drop post) but in hindsight, the trails in the area are cross country and a hard trail would have been a better choice anyways. So go there, rent a hardtail, tell the staff they're awesome, and to ride!"
