"I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!! I done an application on Sep 29th . I came in to pay for my application fee and to also get the application paper . I emailed everything over . I heard back that same day which was Friday. I went to look at the house a day before . It was me and my 3 year old. Anyways her assistant called me saying she denied my application she mentioned a student loan lol , I told her assistant that I just got the 3000 student loan last year . This month is the month we supposed to start paying on the loan which wouldn’t be nun but $40 every month or so. Her manger Renee didn’t care to call me to explain why I got denied or anything . I have the income plenty . I asked her assistant why I got denied she said she doesn’t know lol . Her manger Renee is so unprofessional. Didn’t call to explain why just mention a student loan , with something from a furniture store that I’m still paying on , which I already set up payments with them if she would call then she would obviously know lol . But quickly took my 30 dollar application fee . I know what the problem was SHE SEEN I WAS BLACK & didn’t WANT ME NOR MY FAMILY LIVING IN HER HOUSE IN A WHITE NEIGHBORHOOD . I don’t have any evictions nor am I a criminal, don’t go based off credit ?? Okay what’s the problem ? Matter of fact don’t worry about it lol . I KNOW THE PROBLEM . ALL THE BLACK COMMUNITY DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO RENT OUT ANY HOUSE !!!!"
