"Great service. Friendly staff. A little dated but clean and comfortable. Well priced. Left computer behind and they locked it up until we returned a week later. Stayed there three times in one month and will stay again."

"Staff was so kind. I read reviews on a lot of other hotels/motels in the immediate area and this had the best reviews by far. Bianca, at the front, was so sweet and welcoming. The breakfast staff were also very friendly. The entire place was extremely clean and everything felt new even the shower curtain. The beds were so comfy and the breakfast was great. Highly recommend"

"The location is noisy. Lots of jerks revving motors up and down the nearby streets. This went on until 10pm. Not the fault of Best Western, however. Room is nice and wide-open floor plan. Very clean! Staff was friendly and courteous. Missed the mark on three points. 1) Heater was so loud at night you could not sleep. 2) Faucet handle in the shower was flipped. Hot was Cold. 3) No grab bar in shower. I had a small slip, but there's nothing to grab onto. Overall experience was good, but had I known these issues about noise, I would not have booked here. There is ongoing construction across the street, but it was not a problem at night. Just a very busy access road."

"I don't usually leave hotel reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised at this hotel! The from desk was nice, room was immaculately clean, nothing was broken, and breakfast was great. Shout out to house keeping, maintenance, and all the staff for a job well done!"

"Stayed here 11/17-11/19. We got 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds and a couch. The only downside was that the couch wasn't a pullout bed. Other than that, it was perfect. The rooms were clean, quiet, and updated nicely. There was plenty of parking. Nice lobby. Breakfast was included. They even had a pool! I was shocked that it was open in the middle of November, but it happened to be pretty warm outside. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! And the price... so much more bang for your buck compared to some of the other hotels in the area. If you're travelling through the area and need a quiet and clean place to stay without hurting your pockets, this is the place to be."
