"This Car service used to be so good, I honestly don’t know what happen to it. I’ve called twice lately and both calls drivers haven’t showed up. The people attending the calls are no help whatsoever. They make mistakes and say cabs were never order, or keep telling you is 2 mins away. Those 2 mins will turn into 15+mins. Do not waste ur time or money on this car service. I don’t know why they don’t act funny when it comes to charging! Ooh btw the drivers would charge you higher than what the actual price is! Morenita on 53rd St has better and more helpful people!"
