"A lot of things were allowed to occur that shouldn't have been. The property manager had her favorites. Allowing people to share apartments who weren't on the lease, while putting a no trespassing on those she didn't like. Drugs were a big issue. Neglected children weren't turned into dss, domestic abuse was overlooked. But hey, as long as you passed inspection, right? One of the tenants seem to run the place 2009-2010. Name was Jeff. He did whatever he wanted. He was a spoon. Wanted the manager on his side while he laid up smoking his dope. These are facts people. I sure hope it's changed. Overall, I had no trouble living there. I did meet some good people. Marsha being one of them. I know she did her best at the time."

"I stayed there for awhile with my ex, but was never a full time resident. Marsha, the landlord/HUD operator of property, is a fantastic woman. She stays on top of inspections, but is also lenient on bills when life takes an unexpected turn. Some drama with certain residents, but she handles it sternly. Decent apartments for the prices."
