"The service department put me and my family in harms way be refusing a repair based on a recall. The service manager told me the car was safe to drive and it broke down less than 12 hours later on the GWB. They lied about the so many times that they are too numerous to list. The business plan here is to not honor anything that will make the service team miss their bonus. Do not trust these people"
