"I went to get my tires rotated and balanced. The worker took my car in the garage but Did not scan my membersip card and no paper work was created and no signature which I found odd. He also asked me to leave the shop because he claims it make take sometime. He called me about 1 hr later and told me my car was done. He dint know that I was watching the bay from a distance ans saw him do no work at all to my vehicle. I took my car home and tested the rear tire sensor problem that I have been monitoring for months and long and behold the the problematic tire was in the same spot indicating that it was not moved. So he lied about doing work on my car. This will be the last time I buy a tire from BJs. Never again."

"Made an appointment for my tire rotation and balance. After 2 hrs they "didn't get to it" and ask me to come back. Came back a few days later for a 1pm appointment and at 6pm they put my car on the lift. Left the location at 7pm with a broken tire sensor. The manager at the location kept saying "short staffed". Called bjs customer service and wasted another 90 mins of my time and got hung up on twice"

"Had apoitment for tire installation at 3pm they couldn't change tires in 3 hours so I rescheduled for next day. The next day, they were closed."

"I recommended my girlfriend to BJs for tires since I had a decent experience. Big mistake at the palisades mall my due to staff and internal issues had to reschedule 3 times and on the third time she still waiting smh"

"I my tires from here a few years ago. The perk of buying tires from BJ’s was that if you get a flat they fix it for free. I recently got a flat tire and could not just show up anymore for them to look at it had to make an appointment. Tried to make an appointment and the best that they could do was three days after I got the flat. I am no longer going to buy tires from BJ’s. Not only do they not care about their relationship with their current customer, you now have to purchase tires first give them the money upfront and then make another appointment to get them on your car which is asinine. So if you wanna walk in and buy tires you cannot do that any longer. this company no longer cares about the loyal customers they have they only care about making a sale."
