"I was in a collision and had fairly extensive front end damage to my car. Not even an hour after the accident my car was in the shop, the staff at Quality took me right in. I had an estimate to my insurance company within two days and was told an estimated repair completion date of about two weeks out after all the parts arrived and work was completed. Shop kept in touch about updates to my vehicle and I received a call that my vehicle was completed 8 days ahead of schedule. I was very happy with the work and the shop's levels of communication, it was very reassuring to never have to wonder what was going on with my vehicle and it helped my stress levels considerably after the accident. Would go here again in the future with no hesitation."
