We called to see if they had our size tire and Joey G said yes!. We showed up and within an hour, he had taken off the donut, replaced the tire and put it back on. "Took my Mazda 3 in for a problem with a vibration in the front end. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and though it took a while for the correct parts to come in (dealer issue, not Eastern State Tire's fault), once the parts were in, the car was ready within a day. Brought it back the next morning because I had a concern. They checked it over, tightened a loose nut, put my mind at ease and didn't charge me. They were professional, honest and courteous every step of the way. I highly recommend Eastern State Tire."
