"Unfortunately not a great experience. Communication between employees is extremely lacking. Paperwork was completed only to begin filling paperwork out again. 15 minutes in salesperson realized all paperwork had been completed. My trade in became lost and i needed to remove belongings. After 20 minutes i was able to retrieve items from my car. After paperwork was done I actually put my own plates on the car because no one did it. GM was very nice, however the dealership seemed very unorganized. Ive purchased well over a dozen vehicles and this was a very odd experience."
