"Absolute WORST experience ever had at an auto repair shop. Brought a brand new truck in for a simple alignment. Both the tech and supervisor couldn’t give me a straight answer why the truck was pulling to left side after they “aligned” it twice. Told me I can come back and have another technician look at it in a few days meanwhile no body there was capable of correctly aligning the vehicle non the less knowing what they were talking about. Extremely overpriced as well. Would highly NOT recommend."

"Avoid, even for the simplest of tasks. Long wait time, near zero employees (2 total for the 3 hours I was there) Brought Vehicle in for scheduled State Inspection. Took 3 hours. Needed to purchase brake bulb for "safety req" to pass. Then machine "wasn't connecting" to the NYS system. Either an issue with my car or their system. I then brought it to Mavis the next day. Found (and physically showed me) 2 busted rear springs, and a mouse in my brake caliper. Leads to the conclusion that for that 3 hours, my car wasn't even really looked at all, and charged me $22 for a light bulb for the littlest effort put into my car"
