"Recall appointments made, only to be told that no part is available. 2nd time in wrong part was in stock. Poor follow through from service dept. I was told by Jackie that I had to call daily to check on parts availability. Since when am I doing their job ? They should be checking for me. Zero concern received from Ron Morehead, who twice told me that he was away on vacation and could not help. “I cannot I’m away for 2 weeks” was his response in his email response This is a fuel pump related recall. I no longer feel safe in my Honda Civic I hope after this review, they can make this right"
