"Checked in at 10 am for a tire change on trailer and was directed straight into the service bay... It is now 1230 and I'm still waiting here. Never knew it takes this long to change tires... smh hope to never have to get service here again bc guy hope checked me in acted like he was having the worst day ever. We as drivers already have enough on our dealing with these shippers and receivers... All I can say to end this is GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!"
"This why I don’t like using TA service they charge a lot and don’t get the job done and let you wait long hours crazy I’ve waited 8 hrs to get a check engine light cleared and it still didn’t clear I think most of these people that work here don’t know what they’re doing only tire they can or should just change.. and almost every parking spot they charge"
"Albert Litts is very friendly and professional he's very good representation of T.A. name he let me in right at check-in and out less than 30 minutes for trailer tire replacement. I recommend dealing with him i definitely remember this place if i needs quick repairs over the road"
