"Very friendly and answers questions in an easy to understand way."
"They tossed on additional charges that they can’t give me a straight answer on why they added. They also re attached my steering wheel incorrectly and claimed it was a bad alignment which they wanted to charge me for. Now they are refusing to get me on the schedule to repair the issues I had to have another mechanic confirm even though they claim a 12 month 12k miles warranty. Checked 4 other Audi dealers service centers each one said the additional charges are bogus!"
