"If you go anywhere for your basic auto needs, other than O'Reilly in Wilmington--you are simply: missing out. I have been there multiple times, and the entire staff is helpful. They have helped me fix my car twice, where it would have been a hefty bill from the mechanic. The last time I was there, the individual that helped me was the district manager. He was incredibly generous, and humble. I am sorry, I cannot recall his name. However, it was the effort I cannot forget In conclusion, the store has saved me time, money, and most of all provided the small town personal service from when people treated you like family."

"Bad customer service. They purposely ignore women when they go in. This has happened several times to me and friends I've actually went with. Won't go back..I'll just keep going to Auto Zone, or Advance they greet you and ask immediately what they can help with regardless of who's at the register or speaking to."

The good is the young man that I originally spoke with did an excellent job. My battery was fully charged in the amount of time he said. Took it home and my truck fired right up."
