"Horrible service period. Call Sone truck parts in Wallace, NC, way better people to deal with. So today I watched the counter person at Fleet Pride get mad at the phone for ten minutes just to look at me and told me he would have to order the part then walk off saying he had other customers to get parts for. Totally unacceptable Fleet Pride. My truck shop has been open for 65 years and I deal with a lot of part suppliers none treat me as bad as Fleet Pride. I will no longer do business at the Wilmington location. I’ll drive to Stone truck parts an hour away, way better folks!"

"Well I haven't delt with fleet pride much, I work for a god fearing company witch I really respect and love well I called fleet pride and ordered a part which we needed desperately we were going to pay a high next day air charge to get it. I ordered the parts from Brent he is a very well spoken young man and respectful. Well the next day I received a call from Brent and something happened that is hard to find in this world now a days the young man told me he accidentally did something wrong and our part didn't come in well people yes we needed that part badly but and this is a big BUT lol that young man not only apologize he also told me what he did wrong well for him to have accepted that responsibility and admit it meant more to me than getting that part all I can do now is to deal with fleet pride as much as I can and only with Brent if you want an honest parts man give them a call and once more thanks Brent always keep that honesty brother..
