"I think its a shame that a person puts in application over 4/6 months ago, cause your Landlord is planning on selling the apartment you live in with your child. You've been getting off work checking to see how far your name is on waiting list, you find out you are at top- #1. Finally you're told you've gotten an apartment, told number it is and to come back on Monday to finish up paper work. Then, you get off work, a new managers there and everything flops in your face, so disappointing cause you are looked at and told, you are over income. Now, if that was the case, after accepting an application, manager had to have known this when she checked out all your credentials. You are qualified and now all of a sudden you're disqualified. What family member, or kin needs a place to move and that apartment will be given to them or is this what might be Discrimination? I going to talk to the NAACP, its time this kind of stuff be looked into. This income thing needs to be reevaluated, for mothers with a child/children, working, trying to have something, need somewhere to live just as those not working or with Section 8."

"Contractors and tenets beware. My company was contracted by the property management company to haul away junk and trash. We did the job but never got paid, they kept talking about processing the check, but never paid and that was almost a year ago, but they keep call wanting more stuff hauled away...try paying your bills first and learn how to actually manage a property."

"I have lived here a while and have never been even late on my my rent.We have a very bad leak in the roof ,as long as it rains it leaks.They have lied about fixing it.The mant. man lies and never fixes what had been asked and went thru thru the proper ways to request a problem.Section 8 will not even send ppl here to live any longer because of unknown things.It is not mt my landladies fault either,I am sure of this."
