"Nice place and low rent but do not recommend they are to nosey and stay in your business like to spy and take photos all time feels like your living on egg shells"

"This place is a freakin joke they make you pay for the damage that the previous tenant did and take your money and they charge you rent even when your all the way out by the date that your supposed to be !!! I will not ever rent from them again!!! They also supposed to spray for bed bugs & insects in general but it doesn’t work you still have them on your stuff when you move and have to deal with them !!!!"

"I put in my 30 day notice and they sent me a lease termination notice giving me less time then my notice! The staff are rude and will fault you on every single thing. The neighborhood sucks. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy."

"I lived here for four years, and there are pros and cons. Pros: its HUD housing, so income based, they offer assistance with power bills, great location, just recently renovated so nice apts. The cons, it is a sketchy neighborhood, I wouldn't let my children catch the bus here, or play outside unsupervised (which I don't do that anyway, but plenty of other people seem to). Honestly, I kept to myself, and only had one problem the whole time I was there. ."

"Horrible place, I would not recommend anyone to live here. The staff is rude, nasty and tenants are always causing problems. Drugs are a major problem in this complex and it's not safe for kids. So think twice before getting a unit here. It was the worst mistake of my life"
