"These lying scam artists will be sure to cash your application fee and run with it. I applied for an apartment around Christmas. When a couple of weeks passed with no response, I began calling to get an answer. Dozens of calls and almost two months later, I have gotten no response. I left plenty of voicemails, and no return call. In fact, I only got an actual person to pick up the phone once, and while I was promised a return phone call "tomorrow", its been two weeks and "tomorrow" still hasn't gotten here. Don't waste your money on these theives and cons."
