"I've taken my Jeep to this Ziebart for regular services since November of 2020. I could not be more pleased with the results of the work and the customer service I have received. When I bought my Jeep it was already 8 years old, but after getting the Ziebart Diamond package deal and then upgrading to the ceramic coating, you'd think I found a brand new 8 year old Jeep hidden in a warehouse. I consistently get compliments on the finish of the car and questions about when I bought it. However, what inspired me to write this review is the customer service I received from Jesse. I live in Brooklyn, and thus the Ziebart in Rochester is not convenient for me. I tried to get some services scheduled at a local Ziebart, but the people working there were nothing like their Rochester colleagues. Unwilling to honor my warranty, not interested in getting anything scheduled on a reasonable timeframe. 2 minutes on the phone with Jesse and I had an appointment booked. He took extra time out of his day to review all my warranty coverage and to ask about my experience with the car and my opinion on the work Ziebart had done thus far. He was friendly, genuine, and truly made my day. You will not be disappointed if you choose to take your car to Ziebart Rochester!"

"I Got tint and rust proofing done. Took about 4 hours to be completed. So far so good in quality of the job. I will update if that changes if there is any longevity issues. The customer service was great from the front desk lady to the sales people. Although they pushed pretty hard to upsell me, can’t blame them as that is there job it just was pretty aggressive. The waiting room seemed very nice as well, and the store was generally clean."
