"My grandfather had his truck towed here, and the owner REFUSED to transport his truck to get repairs at the dealership he bought the truck from and has used in the past. Our insurance company also contacted the owner his reasoning for not releasing the vehicle : because he was out of town. Resulting in fees that we had to pay out of pocket!! Would not recommend. They were not professional in handling this manner and definitely didn’t get things done in a timely manner. We just wanted the truck in the right hands ASAP so repairs could get rolling and this company seemed way more concerned with collecting unnecessary fees rather then moving the process along. Not ethical in the least."

Everytime I have had work done, they have been able to repair it for what the insurance company paid. That means I did not have to pay my share in the form of a deductible.
