"Said he couldn't help us when we had a screw in our tire but he was very friendly and told us where we could go and what the repair needed to be (apparently we had driven all the way up from Texas with the screw in the tire!) Ended up fixing the tire for us anyway, put air in the tire and made sure we were good to go!"
