"Recently Orleans serviced my F150 for two relatively minor issues with 120v power plug on dashboard and the tailgate latch. Neither fix required part replacement and likely took 15 mins or less each to resolve. Yet they insisted on charging an hour of labor for each item, $338.00 plus tax. Ouch! Are the days gone when a mechanic sprays some lube on a latch and charges only for the actual time spent? Or simply states, “Latch was just sticky, Have a nice day! Thanks for buying your truck from us.”"
