"I ended up cancelling my appointment today 10/31/2020 after they were 2 hours late for my appointment. Scheduled for 11:30am, I called at 11:35 and left a message. Person called me back at 12:03 and said they had a couple people before me so I asked what time they thought they would be over... person said around 1:00pm. At 1:20pm I called again and nobody answered. I left a message to cancel my appointment and that I'll go with someone else. I believe when you schedule an appointment, the vendor should be on time or at least have the decency to call you back and reschedule."
