"My friend needed a water to get sober at this bar because she was so drunk. They refused to give us the water unless we paid them $5. Absolutely no exuses she was already throwing up in the bathroom. Do not come here they are money hungry and do not care about ANYONES well being. A despicable act by the workers who told me the MANAGER'S direct orders were to NOT serve anyone free waters. She had to go to the hospital and they will surely be hearing from her lawyers for the bill she had to pay."

"This place is not too crowded and there's plenty of beer on tap.. the first time I went, I had a great time and the food was great... We were there on a Wednesday night which meant all you can drink beer. The second time I went was a weekend and was not all you can drink and a good number of the taps were empty and we were still being charged but the staff fixed that for us right away and credited us back the money."

"Impressive concept. Some good beer options. Very sleek - a far different vibe from the previous dive bar that was in the spot before Tap Haus moved in. The one gripe is that they had a promotion to refund money on the prepaid cards you need, which was mentioned to my friend and I twice and also was posted on the wall, and they still claimed no refunds were allowed. It’s also not the greatest policy to try to get you to pay way more than you need up front and not allow you to get it back if you overpaid. Customer service is not their strong suit, and I won’t rush to return."
