"The first time I used this company, I made a 6:15 pick up at 6:35 I called. Battery issues heading out. By the time I was picked up and dropped off. I was 7:05 and I was late for work... it's only a 10 minute drive. Called today and they would not take my reservation- excuse given was I'd forget. I tried to explain I wouldn't it was for work... but kinda sounded like did want my business... WARNING give yourself plenty of lead time before you need to get some place and call when 10 minutes late..."
