"This rating used to be 5 stars. It is now 2 stars. The salesman helping us select windows did not come up with the correct size for NY compliant egress windows. We specifically asked if they complied and he said YES. Going through the size selection with the building code guy the windows were too small. That would have been a $10,000 mistake. Be very careful and know the codes because they don't."
