I had placed a mobile walk in order I got my drink right away but my munchkins took a few mins but Hunter apologized about the wait and they were slammed busy so I didn’t mind waiting. "Cater to drivethru almost exclusively now. Inside orders are not a priority anymore. More than once ive waited 5-10min Just for my order to be taken on despite being the only person in line... meanwhile 5-6 people are working on drive-thru and app orders. I get it most of business is drive-thru now but you're counter service is sadly lacking... :("
